When those terms are spoken over monitored channels, Delphini® surfaces the traffic with the unit, channel, timestamp, and context so analysts can pivot immediately to cameras, ALPR, CAD, or case intelligence.
Regional crime centers often support multiple agencies, precincts, specialized units, and task forces at the same time. Delphini® aggregates selected talkgroups into a single searchable view, helping analysts keep visibility across city, county, mutual aid, and special operations traffic without dedicating a person to each radio channel.
During pursuits, shootings, robberies, barricades, or rapidly moving events, radio traffic jumps channels and agencies quickly. Delphini® maintains a live, time-sequenced transcript across active talkgroups so RTCC personnel can identify the latest direction of travel, suspect descriptors, vehicle information, weapon mentions, staging locations, and requests from field units.
RTCCs can alert on officer-safety language: gun, rifle, knife, ambush, officer down, foot pursuit, resisting, shots fired, cover unit, or emergency traffic. The goal is not to replace dispatch monitoring; it is to create another safety net so analysts and supervisors see threat language as it is spoken and can push relevant intelligence back into the response.
