Delphini® exists to solve a problem no one else has solved well — turning live radio traffic into accurate, real-time, actionable intelligence. Not eventually. Not “close enough.” Immediately, and correctly.

That's our niche, and we don't dilute it. While others treat radio as an afterthought bolted onto a bigger platform, we've built our entire company around one relentless standard: the highest transcription accuracy and the lowest latency of any radio intelligence system serving public safety. Every engineering decision, every feature, every customer conversation gets measured against that bar.

AFRL Research. Public Safety Mission.

The technology behind Delphini® was born in the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), where SRT's founding team worked on spatial audio separation — the ability to isolate individual voices from complex, overlapping audio environments.

That research, originally developed for defense and intelligence applications, proved to have transformative potential for a community that had never had access to it: the first responders, 911 dispatchers, and public safety leaders who depend on radio as their primary communications infrastructure.

We built Smart Response Technologies to close that gap — turning defense-grade signal intelligence into a platform purpose-designed for the realities of public safety radio.
