MANASSAS, VA — Smart Response Technologies (SRT) announced today that it has joined the L3Harris Mission-Critical Alliance (MCA), a program designed for best-of-breed technology providers to collaborate and deliver validated, interoperable mission-critical solutions for public safety agencies.
Delphini®, SRT's cloud-based AI SaaS platform, provides real-time transcription and patented keyword alerting on emergency radio transmissions and 911 calls. The platform was developed in cooperation with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory and is currently deployed across PSAPs, real-time crime centers, and multi-agency coordination centers nationwide.

Alliance membership provides public safety agencies with confirmed, tested interoperability between Delphini® and L3Harris communications infrastructure — reducing integration risk and simplifying procurement for agencies already running L3Harris radio systems.
